Course Description:
In this course, students who have successfully completed BAR and IART are able to practice their skills in Qur’anic recitation with a teacher. Each week, two pages from the Qur’an will be assigned. Students will be expected to practice these pages every day and listen to a recording of al-Husary. In class, students will recite for the teacher, and the teacher will correct them and drill them on tajwīd rules.
